I got problem how to log in, my acount must have been expired. Now i am ready to blog again. Successfully retrieved. Prepare for more laid back (not anymore I am a part time instructor now and it feels like it is (really it is) a full time job. Though I miss my college life but i can't afford the "getting older" lifestyle. Or a giant walking stick?

I haven't been running regularly for the last month due to illness, snow, festive season commitments, etc., etc. It's time to put aside the excuses and get back at it.
