May 29th, 2015. До 7 лет сыромоноедения немного не дотянул - закончился витамин B12 в организме, начали разрушаться нервы (а точнее их жировая оболочка) от избытка гомоцистеина. Который B12 должен конвертировать), появилась переферийная нейропатия. В итоге - все веганы и сыроеды ОБЯЗАНЫ. Принимать (или делать инъекции) B12!
