A blog about videogames, writing, and everywhere those cross over. All opinions are entirely my own and do not represent my employer. The Translator (Short Story). November 24, 2015. This was another story I first posted over at the excellent Fantasy-Faction forums. Submitted for their September writing contest. The theme this time was “politics”. As always, I encourage folks to check out the site and, if my fellow authors feel like joining in, all the more fun for everyone! The Translator (1,500 words).

The website of . Carmen Webster Buxton,. 8194;writer of Science Fiction • Fantasy • Romance. Tuesday, October 11, 2016. This past weekend I attended Capclave. The con went off pretty well, with no observable hitches. The con organizers even dealt well with the unexpected passing of Doug Fratz. A local fan and critic/reviewer of long standing. They covered his scheduled events and held a memorial for him. I was on three panels and also held a reading. I also arranged with the proprietor of Novel Books.
