Tuesday, November 19, 2013. Crazy Mini Golf Hole - Lilliputt, CO. While surfing the net I randomly came across this video. This mini golf hole is located at Lilliputt Mini Golf Course in Grand Lake, CO. If you look at the time on the video, the ball travels for almost 60 seconds before reaching the green. Awkward Stances: On the Emperor's Magnificent New Clothes
http://awkwardstances.blogspot.com/2009/02/on-emperors-magnificent-new-clothes.html
The political ruminations of Conrad Bibby. Wednesday, February 25, 2009. On the Emperor's Magnificent New Clothes. I haven't been blogging much recently. There are perhaps several reasons for this, but I attribute it mainly to the fact that Obama's. Now that Obama is president, it seems he's the only one in the pool. And instead of swimming from one end of the pool to the other, he is darting about in random directions, with no apparent purpose other than to keep moving. Of course, that's only. The notio...

Awkward Stances: October 2008
http://awkwardstances.blogspot.com/2008_10_01_archive.html
The political ruminations of Conrad Bibby. Friday, October 31, 2008. Heading into the final weekend of Election 2008, things are not looking so good for John McCain. Although I don't think Obama is headed for a landslide victory - indeed, he may not win at all - I find myself devoting more and more of my mental energies speculating on what his victory would mean rather than whether it will come to pass. There is also the matter of Obama's. In acknowledging the possibility. There are mitigating factors, h...

The Official GolfGym - Golf Fitness Simplified Blog: Your Posture - Getting Worse Every Day?
http://golfgymblog.blogspot.com/2013/02/your-posture-getting-worse-every-day.html
Friday, February 01, 2013. Your Posture - Getting Worse Every Day? Back in September of 2012 I wrote a post titled "How Is Your Posture". It's the second one on the archived page). In it I talked about what I have seen as I observed people at the gym. I gave examples of bad posture and told that I need to keep checking my posture throughout the day. If you are not conscious of your posture throughout the day doing normal daily activities, how much do you think you will be aware of it on the golf course&#...

The Official GolfGym - Golf Fitness Simplified Blog: It's Official - 80 Pounds Gone!
http://golfgymblog.blogspot.com/2013/11/its-official-80-pounds-gone.html
Monday, November 18, 2013. It's Official - 80 Pounds Gone! Yes, as embarrassed as I am to say it, this was me about 7 years ago. I tipped the scale at 327 pounds. Because I am 6'-2" tall, everyone used to tell me that I carried it well. Oh, I carried it alright. At the time, the picture above didn't look so incredibly bad to me, because I saw that same physique every day in the mirror. It wasn't until I got into better shape that I realized how huge I was back then. Website with more coming each week.

Friday, August 29, 2008. Volatility = New Chances to Skip Events? That's what Phil Mickelson said and that's why he LOVES the new system. Phil Mickelson dropped a bomb Thursday at the Deutsche Bank Championship that probably had a few officers at tour headquarters reaching for aspirin, if not hankies. Positioning ourselves for the FedEx Cup is really not important because the last‑place guy, if he wins, vaults into first," he said. "So that could be kind of cool, too.". Hahaha. This is awesome. Friday, August 29, 2008. Some Lazy Reporting on the LPGA Ruling. Beth Ann Baldry really mailed this one in for Golfweek on the reactions of several people to the LPGA English requirement. Basically, it's the standard lazy piece of talking to a couple of different sides of an argument and forming no conclusions. Read it if you want. But here's the part that interested me. 8220;It’s as politically incorrect as it can get.”. But the reaction for this really hasn't been all negative. From what I have see...
