The Capertee Valley is located 200km northwest Sydney, on the way to Mudgee, we bought our property in Glen Davis in 2009, we only had 100acres which was not quite enough room for cattle and also wanted to do something a little different, we came across Saffron and that is where our journey began. In 2012 we entered some of our products in the Royal Hobart Fine Food Awards and were delighted to find out that we received:. Champion and Gold Medal - Saffron Threads.
