Friday, November 23, 2012. What could be better than great food, good friends and a million dollar view for Thanksgiving? This crust less apple pie comes close. Yum! Green Apple Pie recipe. 8-10 granny smith apples. 1/3 cup sugar,. Cut up apples, add sugar and cinnamon and stir to mix. In separate bowl blend. 1 cup brown sugar and. 1 cup flour, pinch of salt. Place apples in well greased dish, and crumble other ingredients over the top. Bake @350 for 20-30 min. uncovered so it browns a little.

Monday, December 20, 2010. Pressure Cooker Venison Roast. Fantastic Quick Great Tasting Roast. Season the roast with oregano, thyme, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and Rosemary,. Cut up and brown an onion and the roast in olive oil,. Use one packet of Lipton's dry onion soup and 2 cups of water. Bring the pressure cooker up to full power for 30 minutes and let it cool off on it's on. Add potatoes, veggies, bring to full power for 3 minutes and cool on own. Fantastic Meal in no time at all.

Wednesday, April 27, 2011. Crab Cakes- The Best in the World! Crabcakes (the same for salmon or halibut). Crab- at least a couple of cups for two. Chopped celery, onions, peppers. Dollop (extra large tablespoon) of Poupon. About 1/4 to 1/3 c. grated cheddar cheese (xtra sharp). And a dollop of mayo or sour cream or one egg (maybe about 1/4 cup? Enough to bind it together but not sloppy. The trick is to start with less and add more if you need it, but you want them to hold together. S/V Cape St. James.
