Capitol Bites: October 2010
http://capitolbite.blogspot.com/2010_10_01_archive.html
A 20-something blogger trying to eat well (on a budget) in Washington, DC. Thursday, October 28, 2010. A Band"Wagon" Fan at Chuck's BBQ. The place in question was Chuck's Wagon. A new barbecue outfit that opened on H Street about a month ago. It's a minimal outfit, only a walk up counter with no seating provided. And though the Wagon hasn't fully settled in to its new surroundings (the former tenant's decor still lines the walls), it's already producing food well worth attention. Tuesday, October 26, 2010.

My wife and I filled our honeymoon/vacation with a lot of sweet activities and a heavy dose of "beach time". We stayed at the Sugar Beach Hotel. While Sugar Beach was our home base in Co...

Man Running: Day 12 - Sunday, Sunday, Sunday
http://manrunning-justin.blogspot.com/2011/12/day-12-sunday-sunday-sunday.html
How many days can a person run in a row? You got me. I just need a reason to run more. Sunday, December 4, 2011. Day 12 - Sunday, Sunday, Sunday. My wife and I started this lovely little Sunday off with some breakfast at the Capital City Diner. I indulged in the country fried steak, home fries and bagels. Some heavy fare so early in the day, but I was hopeful it wouldn't put me in the proverbial "food coma". Next stop, good ol' Whole Foods. It stayed straight long enough for a picture within a picture.

The Adventures of a Romantic Hero in a Cynical Age. August 03, 2011. Presidential Campaign - Day One. I turned 35 yesterday. This is momentous for several reasons. First of all, according to my teenage self I was scheduled to die in a fiery car wreck before I got this old. Though this is good for you, my flock, who would be lost without me, but I had to come to terms with yet another instance of my gross inability to follow through. . Why the hell do you live in Washington, DC then, Bozo? 1) Chicken Frie...
