The teeth on the fish are quite a sight. The Zambezi itself is worth the visit alone, wildlife – Hippos and crocodiles being the most prevalent. Caprivi Recording Field Trip. In January - February 2018 Petra Ballings. Spent 2 full weeks in the Caprivi area of Namibia. The purpose was to record and photograph as many species as possible in as many different Quarter Degree Squares as possible. A total of 1902 records were made during this period, covering about 460 taxa. Most of these records are now online while some still need further confirmation on ID. Nearly 4000 photographs were taken and are in the process of being made available online.
