I am a worrier anyways…but this was a whole new level of anxiety. The logistics do not make sense of birthing a person, but God designed us to be Mamas. 5 hours of labor. 20 minutes of pushing. Our sweet girl is joy wrapped in a drooly, smiley, loud little body. I know that she will not need me to rock her to sleep or feed her or change her or carry her close forever…but today, she does. You’re welcome, Motherhood Maternity, for my business. It’s getting a little more difficult. I wake up with back pain during the night, even with pillows. But at least I’m sleeping! Best moments this week. Spencer got to feel Baby Watson move! Not really. This is a sweet time, and I’m thankful! All of the time.

Recipes, Ramblings, and Everything in Between. A winter melon…I don’t know what that is, but she should be around 6.5 pounds or larger! My wardrobe continues to grow smaller and smaller. My stomach is very large and round. I have gotten into a “routine” of waking up and not being able to sleep for about an hour each night. It hasn’t been awful, but my mind can wander into crazy places at 3 in the morning. Also, I had a dream about ghosts, and that kept me up for a long while. Best moments this week:.

Recipes, Ramblings, and Everything in Between. That means 3rd Trimester, friends. Whoa. An eggplant or a head of cauliflower. Around 2.5 pounds! I pretty much wear the same 5 things in a rotation. And I would rather be in pajamas and slippers all day. I SO look forward to coming home at the end of the day so that I can put on my pajamas! It depends on the night. My sweet friend Andrea, who just had a precious baby boy, let me borrow her pregnancy pillowand it’s kind of life changing! January 2, 2015.
