Riding on the peace train. Tuesday, October 26, 2010. October brings good things! What a fabulous time of the year this is! I just celebrated my 22nd birthday and loved it. Ryan surprised me with a trip to Scottsdale. I've been dying to go on vacation for a while (mainly because I love hotels) and my wish came true! We called this trip our "babymoon". (thebump.com told us having a babymoon would ease the pregnancy. I like to believe that that's true.). Happy Birthday (today) Dad! Wish us luck on Monday.

On the contrary, I believe the first day began several weeks back. But to honor my FranklinCovey planner I will attribute Monday to summer's arrival. We are defining our first summer together by attending baseball games, bbqs and working a lot. We were fortunate enough to view the Gila Valley temple dedication in. Did I mention Ryan works a lot?

Monday, May 3, 2010. More April projects and events. April has been a fun month. I was reminded about some things we did as I downloaded pictures onto my computer.We went to the Easter Pageant with Caraline and Ryan and friends :).yes Trevor carried me on his shoulders all the way back to the truck. I was his "eyes" since I could see over everyone's heads. Being 8 ft tall feels weird. haha. Trevor got his last CPA exam scores and has now PASSED ALL EXAMS! I'm so proud of you Babe! Once I finish this 8 page paper i've been working on, i'm finished with normal assignments before finals :) Graduation is May 13th. 3 I got a JOB! A JOB I am now an accounting specialist in the settlement department at Bank of America. I start May 17th.

Cupcakes and random thoughts! Mozarella and Cherry Tomato Bread. The recipe is as follows:. 500g strong bread flour. 10g of both salt and yeast. 2 tablespoons of olive oil. 400 ml of warm water. A handful of mozerella. 1 Place the flour into your kitchen aid. 2 add the salt and yeast to different sides of the bowl. 3 Add your water and mix for 8 minutes with your dough hook. 4 Add the olive oil and mix on a higher speed for 2 minutes. 5 Leave to rest in an oiled bowl for one hour.
