Thursday, May 26, 2011. 12 months of long waiting to reach the BIG ONE YEAR OLD birthday! I've grown quite a bit, don't you think? We had a party with other babies from my baby group (Apr-Jun 2010) who were also celebrating their May 1st birthdays. We had lots of good food. Cara and Mama have just sung "Happy Birthday" to me and I was so happy I clapped my hands. Cara helped me blow out my cupcake. She tried to eat it, too, but thankfully my mom saved it for me. Friday, April 13, 2012. I'm helping hang up the painted eggs on our "Easter tree." I'm hoping the Easter Bunny sees the pretty eggs and stops by to leave us some goodies! Saturday, May 26, 2012. Today was the big day! I had a little party here at home with my family. Next week we'll celebrate with some of my baby group friends. I posed for a picture with my mom, but I wasn't in the mood to wear my crown. So my mom held it. Time to blow out the candles on the cake. And I blew out both of them! Yummy The cake tasted good! Time to play with my presents! I got a fire truck, train engine, musical toy, some animals, Cookie Monster playdoh, and a balance bike! I had a little par.

Thursday, May 10, 2012. This morning was the Mother's Day breakfast in my pre-school. My mom and I had a nice breakfast with some of the other kids' moms. I helped make this gift for my mom. A purple heart with a candle and a nice red card that read: "Wenn Muetter Blumen waeren, waerst du die Blume, die ich pfluecken wuerde! If mothers were flowers, you would be the flower that I would pick! My mom is cuddling with me, although I'm not so excited about it. I want to finish eating so I can go play!

Friday, January 27, 2012. I've started in a nearby pre-school. It has lots of other kids who are under 3 years old, like me. We sing, play, and run around together in the mornings. It seems my mom took this video of me unawares. I can't believe I didn't see her peeking through the window on me! Well, I was busy seeing what fun things they have in the gym. Tuesday, April 26, 2011. I'm 11 months old today! And I'm growing quickly! I am standing quite a bit now, but always holding on for security. I can even make a couple steps, while holding on, of course. No fancy footwork like my big sister did at 11 months. :). I eat pretty much everything now. And I have 2 pre-molars cutting through at the moment, which will help me eat more! Saturday, April 9, 2011. Springtime in Vienna is great! Riding the Bobby Car in our garden. Hiking the Schneeberg area.

Tuesday, July 19, 2011. We went on vacation to Croatia again this year. Last year I was 3 months and this year I was 13 months! Look how I've grown! We spent evenings by the water before going to dance at Maro Disco. Watching Papa go for a swim in the Adriatic. I enjoyed the water, crawling around and playing with all the stones. I even got to play Captain for a minute while manning the boat from the captain's seat and honking the horn (with Mom's help). Sitting on the stage during Maro Disco.

Monday, October 31, 2011. Happy Halloween from me, the bear. Off to a Halloween party with my sister, the frog. Wednesday, October 26, 2011. I can say quite a few words now (in English! I also say both "car" and "Auto" (the german word). I like trying to say words that you tell me. It's fun to see how they sound! Tuesday, October 11, 2011. Autumn is here and the leaves are beginning to change colors and fall. Today I helped my mom rake up some leaves and then posed for some photos.
