Monday, January 31, 2011. 3rd storm in 4 weeks. Once again, I'm still in my PJs (the purple ones! At 10:30 AM on a Monday. That can, and should, only mean one thing: SNOW DAY. I even had my lunch made for today, which means I don't have to make it for tomorrow, IF we even have school tomorrow! Ahh, kind of awesome. If you cannot find garam masala, you can find recipes to make your own online. We served the tikka masala over basmati rice with naan. We eat out for dinner at a nice restaurant 1x weekly. I will shop at 3 grocery stores in one day to get the best price – and the Omnivore and I share a car, so we both give and take to accomplish this one. If we can handle it, so can you. We have a vegetable garden; however, it is currently only producing lettuce.

When I first made this recipe a couple weeks ago, it felt like I would have to wait forever before posting it.and now all of the sudden Valentine's Day is so close. Where does. Valentine's Day treats are some of my favorite things to make. I love the pretty pinks and reds, the sparkles and sprinkles, the dainty sizes and of course the heart shapes.
