Pupils’ case studies. Information about Alexander Technique lessons and workshops at Fine Balance studio in Walberswick, near Southwold, Suffolk. Lessons are taught one-to-one, cost £35, and last about 45 minutes. It is usual to take lessons at least weekly at first, and then less frequently over time. Introductory workshops for small groups of up to 6 people, can be arranged. These workshops normally last an hour and a half, and the cost is £20 per person. Email to a friend.
