Monday, January 2, 2017. I took a break from the online Copics class I'm working on to play around with some Brusho and the new sketch at Mojo Monday. Doing challenges used to be a great way to get back into the groove of stamping and a way to improve my cards as well. Today I wanted to do a card in the style of Julee Tillman. Who is the owner of Verve Stamps. She has a fun shabby chic style that is way outside my comfort zone, so it was fun to play around and get messy. :). January 7, 2017 at 3:46 PM.

Monday, May 30, 2016. 12 Tags of 2016: May. And no, I haven't lost my mind. Well, maybe half of it. Anyway, I am still struggling something awful so this weekend I decided to try something different. I signed up for the Creative Chemistry 101 class on Online Card Classes and have been watching the master of distress, Tim Holtz, do his magic. I have made quite a few backgrounds and one other completed tag! I wanted to be brave, so I jumped in on the last day and made this tag for this 12 Tags of 2016 May.

I used a fun color combo of Island Indigo/Gumball Green and I am loving those together. I know the perfect person to send this one to and I can't wait for her to get it. :).
