Sunday, June 15, 2008. Lake Jocassee Water Temperature. Quick report from my dives yesterday at the Divers Ramp at Devil's Fork State Park, Lake Jocassee. Surface temps in the upper 70's/low 80's. Mild thermocline starting at about 20'. Water temps at my max. depth of 111' at about 55 degrees F. Hood and gloves recommended (unless you really like ice cream headaches! Monday, February 02, 2009. Has it been seven months? Where have I been? How about diving in Bonaire, and the beautiful Lakes of the Upstate of SC? Main time consumer is that I have been going through the SDI Instructor IDC and IEC, and after many months, I think I can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel (or is it a train?
