http://elderalexolsen.blogspot.com/2015_02_01_archive.html
Serving the Lord in Managua Nicaragua South. Monday, February 23, 2015. No Changes, Still Finding People. The family we baptized last week invited us over for dinner. First off, we had cambios this past week, and neither me nor my companion, Elder Rodas, were changed. So we're in the same area and everything is the same, and we are working hard again trying to find new people to teach. It's exhausting because it seems like I have to do everything as the senior companion, but we are working away! We conti...

Coleman Capers: 4!
http://colemancapersandcooking.blogspot.com/2014/05/4.html
About everything, sometimes something, and maybe nothing. Monday, May 19, 2014. Today this little guys turns 4. I can't believe how big he is getting. No longer does he have squishy fat toddler feet and hands, or need my help every step of the way. He was an unexpected addition to our house and I can't imagine life without him. He made quite an entrance into this world (hello prolapsed cord and emergency c-section! And then spent some time in the NICU, but he has always been strong. Gotta love this age!

Coleman Capers: Happy Birthday Grant!
http://colemancapersandcooking.blogspot.com/2014/03/happy-birthday-grant.html
About everything, sometimes something, and maybe nothing. Sunday, March 16, 2014. Grant turned 13 on the 13th. He is now officially a teenager. He started the day with donuts for breakfast. He came home to an ice cream cake, balloons and gifts. And then he chose to go to Mi Mexico for dinner. His party will be at a later date because his birthday always hits right when Spring Break is starting. He is a great big brother to Hinckley, so much so that he lets Hinckley sleep in his room each night. Eat Fresh...

http://colemancapersandcooking.blogspot.com/p/my-kitchen-manifesto.html
About everything, sometimes something, and maybe nothing. To Cook or Not To Cook.work in progress. You really selected the mother lode here. I hope you don't get bored, but here it goes. In my kitchen and the recipes I post and/or use:. There is an exception to organic: GOOD olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. A random sampling of my oils and vinegars. When a recipe calls for salt I always use fleur de sel or kosher salt and fresh ground pepper is a must. I really like a multi pepper blend. I really try...

Serving the Lord in West Lima, Peru: August 2014
http://sistererinolsen.blogspot.com/2014_08_01_archive.html
Serving the Lord in West Lima, Peru. Tuesday, August 26, 2014. My parents asked me about the earthquake in Peru on Sunday. Wow, there was an earthquake? I didn't feel a thing! Apparently there's little "temblores" or shakes every few weeks, but luckily, I've only felt one once. I was out washing the dishes and I felt a huge bump and I thought there had been an explosion or something because there's lots of construction going on. But ya, I normally don't feel anything! It was so good! This week will be a ...
