Pepsi Cola 1 2 3. Monday, October 19, 2009. 2 weeks ago, a friend of mine told me that he has been to hospital and taking pills. Upon asking, he said he need to undergo some sort of surgery, well might be a few of them. He told me the date and time of his operation, but decline to elaborate further on what kind of surgery it is, and what he is facing. Well, I respect him and could do nothing except feel sad for him, and wish him good luck. But I am so curious. What he is facing? God bless you, Garry.

Wednesday, June 13, 2012. 发福了。。。最近偶然遇见有一阵子没见的朋友，看到我的第一句话竟然是：“好久不见，你越来越有福相叻！”天啊！！！虽然知道自己的体重是增加了，但是由别人来告诉你你胖了，滋味真的很不好受。虽然这是事实，但对于我来说还是很残忍，有点接受不到咯！自从去年去了纽西兰旅行之后，就替自己增肥了两公斤。那两公斤一直维持着，没有稍减轻的迹象。又加上最近的台湾之旅，体重又再加多了一公斤。这一年以来都有持续不断的运动，而且每日的饮食都跟往常一样，又没有暴饮暴食，怎么体重还是无法达到我要的标准？真纳闷！这三公斤到底被分到哪里呢？很明显的手臂，大腿，肚腩都被分到啦。。。还有还有双下巴也变得更明显了。怎么办？明天公司又提供我们到五星级酒店享受自助餐。既然有这个机会当然是吃了再说嘛。减肥？塑身？过了明天再说吧。。。看来下一次量体重的时候我又没眼看了啦。唉。。。原来我这二十多年不是白过的，赚了不止是年龄，而且还有体重。真是“丰收”啊！ Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).
