Our First House - Before Picts. Wednesday, May 11, 2011. Welcome to our home! The formal dining - to be converted to Formal sitting / piano room. Our kitchen - less the stove and fridge - they were stolen from the house :(. Over looking the sink through the breakfast area to the living room. We're all here together! Tuesday, August 7, 2012. MDA Tailgate and Chili Cookoff. Back in June we got to attend the annual MDA Tailgate party and Firefighter Chili Cook-off. Such a fun event! Not to mention great food and drinks, too :). Hanging with one of the Firefighters, who also happens to be an MDA Dad. No day would be complete without a battle of some sort. Nationally, $65 million dollars was raised for MDA, which is $1.2 million more than last year. Quite a feat when you consider the economy! Wednesday, May 19, 2010. Ahhh I did it! I finally got my husband graduated from college! 2 years of putting him through school, and the stress of him carrying a 4.0 gpa! It's a lot of hard work! It's really a shame that there is no such thing as a M.R.S. degree! Lol (I think that's the joke from Utah). This last Saturday Levi graduated from the University of North Texas with a BA degree in Economics and a minor in Emergency Management- Summa Cum Laude. It was a great ceremony! Our happy little family!

Wednesday, March 25, 2015. Valentine's Day has come and gone. It's finally time to document the fun. We had our annual family "heart hunt," but we didn't take pictures. We did a little revamping of that activity this year to avoid the task of picking up all those hearts we used to use! Emma was excited to give valentines this year @ preschool. Normally I would be up for a project like refinishing the dresser, but with hands starting to go numb and difficulty maneuvering my pregnant self, I was more than happy to pay someone else this time.
