Saturday, 14 March 2015. I 3 Owls and I 3 cream eggs - what a combination - these have proved very popular among my friends. Pattern here at - here. The loom band craze passed me by as I could not see the point of having a load of rubber bracelets. However when I found a picture for crochet hook covers, I changed my mind. Friday, 27 September 2013. Thought I would have another go at intarsia on the machine, and although I did manage to misread the chart, it did not turn out too bad. A friend sent me a picture of a "brain hat" and asked if I could make one for her. So did a bit of research and played around on the machine making a plain hat and then miles of icord. Monday, 23 September 2013. It has been some years since I attempted intasia on my knitting machine. There are some great charts out there and thought it may be time to do it again. Its all in the preparation, but being an impatient person I did slip up on this. Wondered why my yarns kept tangling up, until I discovered I had left the main yarn in the yarn break instead of in front of me.
