The empty boxes of tissue now stuffing the trash. Giving a hint to my growing medication cache. I cannot breathe out and I cannot breathe in. Everything is chapped from my nose to my chin. The fucking virus has me hot and cold by the hours. So I sit in hot baths and take steamy showers. So I will have to do my own doctoring.

It's that time of year for reflection, for looking back and for looking forward and almost everyone I know is disparaging 2016. For me, this year was wonderful. Old, meaningful friendships. New and growing friendships. Meeting Liz and Reuban and family. Jerry's exciting work projects. Jessica and Ryan are pregnant! So many concerts and plays and shows. Travel to Washington DC. Of wonderful family parties.

Jag tänker alltså finns jag till. Torsdag 9 december 2010. Ångesten har lagt sig. Äntligen har du fått ro. Vi saknar dig oändligt. Sov gott, älskade Carin. Manna, pappa, lillebror. Lördag 27 november 2010. Vi hade en lyckad adventskonsert ikväll men nu orkar jag inte hålla ihop mig längre. Vi får se hur det går. Fredag 26 november 2010. Tisdag 16 november 2010. Tisdag 9 november 2010. Idag var jag på djurkliniken med Pärlan för återbesök. Hon har gått upp mer än ett kilo och alla värden var jättebra!
