Friday, April 23, 2010. Grandma Comes to Visit. Grandma Janet got to come visit Nola for a week. It's been so fun having her here! And it's been nice having someone do everything for me.) She took Nola shopping and spoiled her rotten. She's been using her camera too. Here are some of the pictures we got of the little model. Nola is now 6 weeks old. Can you believe it? Sunday, June 13, 2010. Oh what a difference a year makes! When we first moved into our house we didn't have grass, but this weekend we put in not only sod, but finished our sprinkler system, planted our garden and trees and flowers too! It was a long day, but everyone really helped out and we got it all done really fast! How does it look? Our House Before Grass. Ps I know everyone just wants to see Nola. she spent most of the day in either her stroller or her bouncer. I think she got a little bored.

Tuesday, July 14, 2009. Mike and I moved into our house on June 1, 2009. It was quite the drawn out process to get in but we finaly did. Little did we know the weeds would TOTALLY become overgrown within days. Thanks to a neighbor we learned we could just mow over them and it would look like grass. So we bought a lawn mower and Mike has been hard at work ever since. I love cooking in the kitchen. The island makes everything so much nicer. Monday, May 10, 2010. Nola was blessed at Carissa's church on May 2, 2010. My parents and all of my siblings were able to come up to Idaho Falls for the big day. She was blessed by her grandpa Steve, and grandma Lori made her dress. So she focused most of her attention on the twins, which is fine. It just would have been more fine if I could at least see the monitor and tell whether my baby was on or off of the monitor. He was moderately jaundiced, but not enough to worry about. Dr. Katie thinks he has my skin tone, which is more olive toned, so she was even less worried.
