In dit jaargetijde zijn de verse kruiden top en intens van smaak! Mijn kruidentuin ziet me alweer aan komen lopen…. Ja hoor, jij basilicum….mee naar de keuken! Een van de meest kwetsbare kruiden in de tuin dus, als je een bos hebt, doe er dan meteen iets mee. Vandaag gebruik ik de basilicum voor het dessert. 4 dl mangopuree *. 1 grote bos basilicum.

Heerlijk, al die rode vruchten, nu volop verkrijgbaar! Probeer dit dessert eens! ROOD FRUIT IN KRUIDIGE RODE WIJN. Alle kleuren rood fruit, circa 500 g. 3/4 l rode wijn. 1 dl creme de Cassis. Schilletje van citroen en sinaasappel. Maak het fruit schoon. Verdeel fruit over de borden. Schenk de wijn er omheen. Durf te ‘spelen’ met ingrediënten! Blijf op de hoogte.
