Deze bold- eagle kwam naar de waterkant om een beetje water uit the fish-creek te drinken en vond daar opeens een grote dode zalm. Friday, 29 August 2008. Een groet uit het wilde westen. Hallo allemaal, hier dan een kort berichtje vanuit onze camper in Hyder Alaska. In het geval hierboven moeten we het 5 weken uit zien te houden. Nou dat zal wel lukken. De volgende dag werden we rond half tien opgehaald en naar onze camper gebracht. Daarna hebben we voor ongeveer een week proviand ingeslagen bij de supermarkt. Toen met frisse moed op weg naar Hyder, zo'n slordige 1000 km naar het zuiden. We hebben hierover 2 dagen gedaan.
