Alyssa Spector's Artblog: March 2010
http://alyssaspector.blogspot.com/2010_03_01_archive.html
Wednesday, March 31, 2010. Eterne - 5 Page Narrative. Narrative assignment for Joe Kubert. We had to create a 5-page sequential story based on our original character. This revolves around my character Carmen from my story Eterne. 169; Alyssa Spector. An assignment done for Alvin Pettit at The Joe Kubert School. We had to portray the Seven Deadly Sins in our own way. I wanted to go for a 1920's Art Deco feel, so I did all seven pictures in vectors in Adobe Illustrator CS3. Welcome to the Blyssful Spectrum.

Alyssa Spector's Artblog: May 2013
http://alyssaspector.blogspot.com/2013_05_01_archive.html
Friday, May 31, 2013. The good folks at Eighty Sixed Clothing chose my design for their weekly Skullgirls tee! A little bit of context: Skullgirls. Is an indie fighting game that I'm a big fan of. To support further development of the game, the clothing company Eighty Sixed releases a new fan-made tee every week for purchase. "Squigly" is a upcoming DLC character that's currently in development, and will be released soon, so I wanted my design to be based on her. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). I Want My ART!

Craig C. Cermak II: Animal Man
http://craigcermak.blogspot.com/2011/10/animal-man.html
Monday, October 10, 2011. Going into the vault for some new posts, until I catch up. Penciled and inked this awhile ago for a friend of mine, but recently added the colors. Big Animal Man fan, love what Grant did with him, and I really enjoyed the first issue of the new series by Jeff Lemire and Travel Foreman. I'm open for commissions; something similar to this would be $40. Be sure to send me an e-mail if you're interested in getting your own! Posted by Craig Cermak. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

Craig C. Cermak II: October 2010
http://craigcermak.blogspot.com/2010_10_01_archive.html
Wednesday, October 27, 2010. Robot hands. sorry. So here's my blog, established about 4 years ago, and never updated! Alright, down to business. I illustrate. I go to the Joe Kubert School, the most bad-ass school ever. I will do whatever possible to ensure I work in comics because I love comic books. I love Batman. He's a cool dude. AND my creator-owned character for Joe Kubert's class. Alright, that's just a few things for now. Thanks for stopping by! Posted by Craig Cermak. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

http://craigcermak.blogspot.com/2010_11_01_archive.html
Friday, November 26, 2010. Bola - The Beginning! The very first appearance of the original Bola and his trusty sidekick, Kid Sling, as they face one of their illustrative villains, The Great He-Goat! And here's some of the character sheets we had to come up with, using three different styles for hypothetical animated, realistic, and comic book versions. Thanks for looking, and I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving! Posted by Craig Cermak. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Bolingbrook, Illinois, United States.

Alyssa Spector's Artblog: New job!
http://alyssaspector.blogspot.com/2013/09/new-job.html
Tuesday, September 17, 2013. A quick update of what's been happening the past few months. For one, I got a new full-time job! I've been hired as a Technical Artist for High 5 Games. So far it's been great. I'm surrounded by a whole team of fun, creative and talented people. But unfortunately since this is a 9-5 job, it's been tough to squeeze in some drawing time. Each took about 2 hours. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). View my complete profile. Nick Justus Imagination Station. On sale at IndyPlanet!
