Saipan Summer 2010 Internship. Saturday, May 29. Tonight is my last night in Honolulu. Tomorrow I am leaving for Saipan. I will certainly miss Oahu and its warm locals! I'll summarize here a bit about my visit to Hawai'i. Upon landing, I was greeted by Judy Coryell and got my first lovely lei in Oahu. Saipan Summer 2010 Internship. Tuesday, May 25. Hafa Adai, everyone! Welcome to my blog! To those who do not know, "Hafa Adai" means "Hello" in the Chamorro language. Chamorro is the language of the indigenous people of the Northern Mariana islands and Guam. I will be leaving this Wednesday to stop by Hawai'i then off to Saipan on the Memorial Day weekend. Saipan Summer 2010 Internship. Friday, June 4. First week at Saipan. They proudly told me many facts about themselves. The children are great! Interpreters and teachers are very friendly as well and very generous. Melisha is my guide for Chamorro food. Roy is my guide for Filipino food, since he was from Filipino.
