A few weeks ago, some of my college friends and I took the opportunity to spend the week in Alaska with one of our best friends who is serving in the Army. Throughout the week we spent time catching up, reminisced about old times, and shared countless laughs while enjoying God’s amazing creation. The pictures that we took do no justice to the beauty that surrounded us. The key is to get outside and get active! How does being outside make you feel?

Usually on the way to school I stop and get a sausage egg biscuit and then I eat a big supper when I get home because I’m starving. The directions I gave him are very simple and easy to follow. 2 Eat 4-5 times a day. 3 Drink a lot of water – a minimal of half your bodyweight in ounces. Eat real food. Eat often. Drink water. Monday, March 16, 2009. Carlo Alvarez and Ethos Athletics will be hosting the Nike SPARQ Mini-Camp at Rivers Edge Sports Complex in Cleves on March 21st. Registration will begin at 9am and the camp will start at 10am. This will be a two hour camp that will focus on helping all athletes improve on their stability, mobility, speed, reaction, quickness and explosiveness. Q: What are SPARQ Mini Camps?
