FREAKING FANTASTIC TORTILLA SOUP. 1 - 32oz box of chicken broth (I use Swanson 35% less sodium). 4 cups of water plus 1/4 cup of water. 2 large chicken breasts - I buy a rotisserie chicken and use those breasts. 1/2 package of Lawry's Fajita Seasoning. 1 small yellow onion. 2 Tbls of EVOO. 1 bag of frozen cut corn. 1 - 10oz can of Original Rotel. 1- 145 oz can of petite cut tomatoes.

Monday, February 28, 2011. Yesterday the girls were FULL OF IT. I mean they went non-stop from the moment they woke up til the moment they passed out in the evening. It was exhausting!
