I am a Food Technology Teacher in NSW Australia. Loving cooking goes with the territory. Here are some of the recipes I have made and my food photography. Violet Crumble Slice: Courtesy of Tegan from my Year 9 class- aka Rach. 1 400g tin condensed milk. 3 violet crumble (35 g) each. Frac12; C coconut. 250g chocolate biscuits (Tim Tams are great). 2 rows of dark chocolate for melting on top. 1 Crush biscuits until they are crumbs. (Use a food processor if you have one). 3 Spread into a tray and refrigerate.
