S pecial Orders and Commissions. It is a pleasure to be able to bring to life a customer's ideas, and I'm happy to accept commissions. I have worked on many varied requests over the years: commemorative dishes for weddings and anniversaries. And leaving presents, named mugs, celebratory plaques, replacement lids for favourite teapots, dummy eggs for. How to get to WORKSHOP at 77A Lauriston Road, Hackney E9 7HA (tel. (0) 20 8986 9585). This part of Hackney is outside the Congestion Charging Zone and the routes from outside London avoid going through the zone. My pots are all stoneware, a varying range of domestic ware and more individual functional pieces. I love cooking, and the shapes of my pots are very influenced by food: the different ways of storing and cooking it, displaying and presenting it at the table. I receive many commissions, sometimes for quite peculiar items. I regularly make commemorative dishes for weddings and named mugs for children. Special orders usually take about 3 weeks.
