The K. Chronicle: Look Who's Three!
http://kfamilypage.blogspot.com/2012/02/look-whos-three.html
Wednesday, February 22, 2012. We had a little Max and Ruby party for Caroline. She's been talking about a Max and Ruby party for about six months. She's been inviting and un-inviting friends, family, and complete strangers. Is it Max or Ruby? Your guess is as good as mine. This was her favorite gift- a "Fresh Beat Band" CD and a microphone. She could sing and dance all day. When she opened this one she said, "Awesome." You can tell she has an older brother. Caroline at three years old:. I love this post!

The K. Chronicle: June 2011

Saturday, June 18, 2011. A New Summer Evening Routine. Popsicles. For ten minutes, all that matters is popsicles. Who cares if my sister just whacked me over the head? Who cares if my brother has claimed half of my toys as his own? All their cares just melt away. Right along with the popsicles. Sunday, June 5, 2011. A farm and a bucket. I don't think I need to warn anyone of this anymore, but just in case, there's a fair amount of dorkiness coming up. Reece went crazy over this. Caroline likes it, too.

The K. Chronicle: April 2011

Wednesday, April 27, 2011. Easter in the Show-Me State. We had a fantastic Easter weekend. Reece said it was "the greatest vacation of his whole life.". I made Reece's llama and Caroline's doll matching outfits (I made Caroline's dress and Reece's bow tie and pants, too). It was one of those last minute things that I think is going to take thirty minutes but takes three hours. I even missed Gray's Anatomy for it. Sunday, April 10, 2011. The K. Chronicle: Look Who's Six Years (and several weeks) Old!

Sunday, April 22, 2012. Look Who's Six Years (and several weeks) Old! We had a little, family only party for Reece on his birthday. He was fine with not inviting friends, until a few days before his birthday when he started talking about all the people he wanted to invite. We'll do that next year. By the way, Lego is his obsession. In other words, Lego is the new Thomas. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). I am one, lucky lady. View my complete profile. Tuesday, April 24, 2012. I love this next sequence. Reece is showing her how I want them to stand. And he's clobbered with a hug. Then realizes the only way to get her off, is to hug back. After church, we had an egg hunt in the yard. Monday, April 23, 2012. During spring break, we had a party for Reece and Caroline back home. I lost no sleep over this party and spent little time on decorating. And of course, the kids were none the wiser. Oh the excitement of 700 Legos to add to the collection! Reece at ...

The K. Chronicle: December 2011

Sunday, December 18, 2011. Christmas Programs and Christmas Dresses. Reece has had a couple of Christmas programs in the past few weeks. First, was the program at church, then one at school. Caroline isn't old enough to be in any programs, but she went ahead and dressed for the part anyway. Reece is going through kind of an awkward picture taking phase. He doesn't know what to do with his hands. The church program. He's front and center. Getting ready for the school program. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

The K. Chronicle: December 2010

Friday, December 24, 2010. The children were nestled all snug in their beds.". While visions of sugar-plums danced in their heads.". Sunday, December 19, 2010. We've been up to all sorts of crafty things. It's way too cold to play outside. Pair that with a sick boy (more on that in a minute), and there's plenty of time to do some Christmas-y things. Our house is filled with homemade (mostly by kids) decorations. I'd pick this stuff over anything in the stores! Reece made some ornaments. The tiny ornament...
