Here is an amazing coffee cake recipe, I got it from my sister-in-law, Caroline and if I remember right it is based on a Martha Stewart recipe. This coffee cake really gets you in the holiday spirit and would be perfect to serve on Thanksgiving morning as a light breakfast so you save room for the feast later that day. You name it and this dip is the perfect fit for the food spread. Not only is it super yummy, it also is figure friendly, which makes it my kind of recipe! It is delicious served on crackers or thinly sliced baguette. Hot Spinach Artichoke Dip. 2 c part skim mozzarella cheese, shredded. 1/2 c fat-free sour cream. 1/4 c grated Parmesan.
