Monday, October 27, 2008. For family night we decided to carve pumpkins. We haven't made it to the pumpkin patch yet because our schedule is so crazy so we picked up a couple from Walmart this morning. Devan has an early day on Wednesday so we'll head to the patch then. But who wants to wait until the day before Halloween to carve their pumpkin? We had so much fun and I was surprised at how many times I heard, "Gross," "Ewe," "I don't want to touch the gooey stuff." Friday, January 2, 2009. Peanut Butter Minus the Jelly. I went downstairs to put away a load of folded laundry. This is what happened upstairs during my 4 minute absence. Apparently Pinky Dinky Doo is more important than telling mom that Greyson has the jar of peanut butter. He really needed some protein it looks like. Monday, June 30, 2008. Last Friday was Devan's graduation. It was the cutest thing ever! They first had a picnic dinner which proceeded into the ceremony. They recited the Pledge of Allegiance, sang a few songs for us, and then were presented their diplomas. When it was their turn to receive their diploma the teacher announced each child's favorite part of school and what they want to be when they grow up. This is what the teacher said about Devan:. Sunday, February 8, 2009. I have to admit I used to love the rain. It was nice back in the day when you didn't have to do much in it but go to work and then just relax listening to it. Hauling around three kids in the rain is definitely another story! Especially when they are three little boys who have to measure the depth of. Thursday, July 31, 2008. My Lil' Sand Eater. A few days ago we spent the afternoon at the beach. We decided to go with some friends on base since their beach is so much less crowded and I can actually relax a little. Saturday, January 31, 2009. I have the cutest kids! I just wanted you all to know that! These past few weeks have been a lot of fun. We have been really busy and the kids have been pretty good. Pretty good as in, no laundry soap spills, only a few broken eggs, bathrooms have stayed halfway decent, Greyson's bowel movements have only been muraled on the wall once, and we even spent 18 hours in the car! Congrats you two love birds! The store owner had about four different trains running at once for the boy...
