Tuesday, January 27, 2009. Yesterday, Tayson had to have his two top canine teeth pulled. His new adult teeth are on their way in, just a bit sideways, since there is no room for them, so the dentist said to pull the canines in hope of straightening out his adult teeth. Poor kid! He took it like a champ and didn't even flinch once! The "laughing gas" kind of knocked him for a loop though. He was a bit tired, loopy, and I think a little traumatized! Saturday, November 29, 2008. We decided to make our own little turkey and eat at home this year. We invited Shaun's parents to come enjoy the day with us! Everything went perfect.except for maybe the turkey getting done in 2 1/2 hours instead of the estimated 4.and the yams almost burning.and my most favorite, Shaun dumping the banana cream pie all over the floor! BUT, I am thankful that the pie didn't hit the floor until after we were done eating what we wanted and were putting it away! A Week In a Blur!

Friday, May 21, 2010. Our Stop In Vegas. So, on our way to Tehachapi, CA we stopped in Vegas. We thought it would be a good idea to break up the drive a bit. Of course we had to stop at the Coke store. We timed it just right and we were able to take a picture with the Coke bear. So fun, right? He even nibbled a bit on Shaun's head. Haylie loved the big buildings, the Bellagio fountains, and weirdly enough, the escalators. I think they were her favorite part of all! We had to ride every one that we saw!
