In our family we have a tradition of having a spooky Halloween Dinner (think low lights, Halloween music and decor and food that doesn't look like it's edible! We found some great recipes this year. Thursday, January 6, 2011. My Own Worst Critic. Why is it that as woman we tend to be so critical to ourselves. We want to be alluring and attractive to our signifigant others, nuturing and patient with our children, savy and successful in our careers, loyal and giving to our friends, etc., etc. Nothing short of perfection and we are. Yet when we stop to think about it, we know perfection is not possible. But does that stop us from beating ourselves up? Ughh, you are so fat! You never follow through!

Tuesday, July 27, 2010. Wish I Could Be Here! I've been in this great groove with things lately. Making plans, working on my blog, making progress on me. But then life keeps getting in the way! I joke (mostly). I leave to go camping tomorrow with the fam (we'll be back Thursday night) and a big part of me wants to stay home. He wasn't too excited he did want a party but we did make sure he had cake and a present the kids had fun anyways. He is a little top ten to Doug so he will know who much I love him. Since it was just his birthday and it is our anniversary on Saturday. 10 He is the strongest man I know. When ever anyone needs to lift something they call Doug. 6 He is a great listener.

Ok these pictures just posted backwards and I don't have the patients right now to change them so I will do my post backwards. We went to Eng Floral tonight to take pictures of the kids because Dawson is a pirate and they had way cute pirate stuff but do you think he would cooperate of course not and he was the whole reason I wanted to go. Oh well we got come cute ones anyways. Riley is a Alta Cheer Leader.

Happy Birthday to her. This is the very cute cake I made her. And here are all the kids at Jungle Jims. Fun Fun. Nuestra Familia y Sus Aventuras. Thursday, March 6, 2014. I think around February, Kristen and her family announced they were moving to Florida. They made some minor repairs to their house and a lot of decluttering. Then, they put the house up for sale. We were really sad that they were going to move. We spent a lot of time with the primas. We were at their house almost every Sunday for dinner and hanging out. We had a lot of cousin sleepovers. We needed to take advantage of the time we had together.
