This contemporary, three bedroom apartment, forms part of an exclusive development in the former Swan Hotel, a 17th century Coaching Inn. Situated in the village of Thornthwaite, three miles from Keswick, the apartment has an elevated aspect to the rear commanding fantastic views across the valley to Skiddaw and the fells surrounding Keswick. We call the apartment Carrigbaun, meaning ‘white rock’ in Gaelic, after ‘The Bishop’, a famous white rock perched on the steep scree slopes of Barf nearby.
