The bridge can carry a maximum load of 200kg - there are 2 climbers with rucksacks each weighing 95kg. There are 3 porters, each weighing 70kg. 5 large supply packs weigh 18kg each and a porter can carry 2 packs. Work out how they can cross the bridge in less than 5 trips. 15 lbs chicken (3 or 4 large chicken breasts). 2 tablespoons, Extra Virgin Olive Oil. 1 small white onion, diced (I also included a shallot I happened to have in the fridge). 2 jalapeños, seeded and diced. 2 habaneros, seeded and diced (optional). 4 cloves of garlic, minced. 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper. 1 jar of salsa (use what you like, I went with mango habanero). 4 roma tomatos, diced. 1 cup frozen corn. 1 quart low sodium chicken stock. Monterey Jack cheese (or pepper-jack). 8 medium flour tortillas.
