Tuesday, April 21, 2009. Still doing great. I have started smoking again, I'm thinkin giving up food got me doing something else when bored or stressed. Red meat is still a no-no to my tummy. But everything else seems good. I'm able to do veggies, cooked and raw, fish, egg, cereals, breads, VODKA! No more beer or pop, the carbonation is TOO MUCH. Same with my Malted beverages, smirnoff twisted apple, ahhhh I could cry just thinking about it. lol. Soooooooo I'm 40lbs down now. You are doing great!
