Wednesday, March 6, 2013. I have discovered a new dessert. Well, actually, my mother-in-law discovered it for me. You get a ripe avocado and throw it in the blender. Then you add a few spoonfuls of coco powder, a swirl of honey, and milk. I usually use almond milk. Blend until it's creamy. If it's too thick you simply add more milk. I love guilt free food. :).
