Thursday, June 4, 2009. Experts say soda is not good for you. Imagine that. With very few exceptions, too much of anything can't be good for you. I drink as much soda as the next guy (drinking a diet soda as I type this), but the test subjects in this news article. Drank so much soda everyday that it's difficult to imagine them having time for anything else.anywhere from 2 to 9 liters! If that doesn't seem like much to you then try drinking nine liters tomorrow and let me know how that goes.
