C.J. and Julie's Adventures in the Deep South: Texas Fight
http://jwinckler.blogspot.com/2012/09/texas-fight.html
CJ and Julie's Adventures in the Deep South. Tuesday, September 18, 2012. This past weekend we went to the UT v. Ole Miss football game in Oxford, MS. What a thrill! I surprised myself with how much fun I had. I guess I do like football after all. And I guess I have a lot of pride for my school and my state. And it just felt so American. It was a spectacle of tradition and sportsmanship and friends and food and drinks and chaos and lights and cheers and bursts of action. Fun, fun, fun! It looks like Miss...

C.J. and Julie's Adventures in the Deep South: May 2012
http://jwinckler.blogspot.com/2012_05_01_archive.html
CJ and Julie's Adventures in the Deep South. Tuesday, May 15, 2012. We just had a birthday at our house, our big boy turned three on April 26! As his parents, we feel Liam is perfect in every way. So no surprise that he was absolutely perfect at being a "terrible two." In the last year we learned all about toddler tantrums and sleep training in the big bed and testing boundaries and picking our battles. And we did lose a lot of battles. You want to sleep in your shoes tonight? Oh, you hate peanut butter?

C.J. and Julie's Adventures in the Deep South: January 2013
http://jwinckler.blogspot.com/2013_01_01_archive.html
CJ and Julie's Adventures in the Deep South. Monday, January 28, 2013. Our baby's first birthday was the day after Christmas. At the last minute, we decided not to be lame parents that overlooked the occasion because it was practically on the biggest holiday of the year. Good thing Christmas Eve meant a day off of work, because we found ourselves at Party City and the grocery store for all the supplies. I see a new Christmas Eve tradition forming. Liam was a somber baby, Graham is smiley. Liam had a ...

Team Smith: August 2012
http://thesmithteam.blogspot.com/2012_08_01_archive.html
Thursday, August 30, 2012. This summer we had some super fun times with our families at Lake LBJ. We are SOOOOOO blessed to have this special house to get together and so thankful for all that Mom and Dad do to keep it up and running for special weekends like these. On July 5th we joined everyone else (except the daddies because it was a Thursday) and Celebrated Honey's birthday! I had nothing to do with its cleverness so I can brag on it. :). Not hard to think of special memories with this one! Oh yes, ...

http://thesmithteam.blogspot.com/2013_10_01_archive.html
Wednesday, October 2, 2013. Well things have been rolling right along since school started. We've been busy but I didn't really think I had much to blog about until I started looking through pictures, so here is a random summary of our month so far. Spent some time with the three amigos :). I enjoyed the annual movie under the stars at the Family Center with these two happy campers. Got some one on one time with Brady Boy! Did I mention it was HHHHOOOOOOOTTTTTT. But day two was Wild Hat Day,. They insist...

Team Smith: November 2012
http://thesmithteam.blogspot.com/2012_11_01_archive.html
Sunday, November 4, 2012. Once upon a time. There were three little pigs and one big bad wolf. :). We brainstormed about a million ideas for our foursome and landed on this. Surprisingly the bigs weren't too opinionated about what they wanted to be this year and were all about a group costume. I tried to keep things homegrown and not spend much $ and you can tell! But, I thought they turned out pretty cute. Pitiful piggy turning on the waterworks. Can you feel the fun? Honey and GP tried to help. Althoug...

Tuesday, January 29, 2013. We usually send out New Years Card's, which is PERFECT when you tend to be a procrastinator like me. : ). These were taken in the lot beside our house. Here are a few out-takes and keepers mixed in. Oh how I love those tiny hineys. Crew and Wild Wyatt. The leader of the pack. Coyt: power to the people. I'm sorry who are those two kids? Looking way too old. Too fast. Stop it. Candy rewards of course. I can't seem to get the actual card to scan in correctly but you get the idea.

Monday, April 22, 2013. Wyatt's LEGOtastic Birthday Party. Wyatt loves Legos, he can sit in his room for hours building so a Lego party for his sixth birthday was a no brainer. There are about one million darling ideas out there for Lego parties so I really. Tried to reign it in and not go crazy! His invitation was from Etsy. Nice thing about Legos is that we decorated a lot with what we already had! Cookies from Mrs. Crumpler. You get the idea. :). Watch out for the Lego scorpion in the popcorn! Just fo...

Team Smith: February 2013
http://thesmithteam.blogspot.com/2013_02_01_archive.html
Thursday, February 21, 2013. Daddy's real birthday was up next and so we planned a family super bowl get together to celebrate. Shelley and the kids were in town and Big, Nannie and Sarah all stopped in on Sunday on the way back from Austin. The whole family jumped on board so the week leading up to the big day was fun too with lots of packages arriving. I had just gotten my broken camera lens replaced, thank you Big and Nannie for that early birthday gift, so I was fired up to take some pictures. Mom an...
