Here is the bottling of my second batch of beer. 2 days before bottling, I moved my fermenter to the countertop to allow settling before bottling. Here is what the beer looked like after 3 weeks in the fermenter. I added the priming sugar to this. I bought an auto-siphon to use this time. Much easier! April 21, 2010.
