Wednesday, April 8, 2015. Tova's "Mock" and Cheese. 3 1/2 cups matzah farfel (I made my own with regular matzah, a plastic baggie and a hammer). 1/2 lb. (or more) of cheddar cheese. 1/2 pint sour cream. 1/2 pint cottage cheese. Salt and Pepper to taste. 1 Grease an 8x8 baking pan, pre-heat oven to 350. I need a few more coats and wah la it will be ready for my next show in a week. I'm going to try to squeeze in one more little tiny piece in before next week. It looks like a 3d painting.
