Monday, November 30, 2009. We always have a great time going to the Desert to visit Grandma and Grandpa for Thanksgiving. It was a gorgeous day and we ate outside with a beautiful view. Saturday, December 26, 2009. Annual Chavez Christmas at Aunt Irene and Uncle David's house We love having our Mexican Christmas. W/ really good food. Irene and David sure know how to throw a party. Grandma and Grandpa, Brennen and Ashley and our family all came together to enjoy the evening together. This morning Kameron and I went with the Young Women to the Redlands Temple to do baptisms for the dead. We had a great experience. Anytime I get to spend time at the temple is fabulous. I always go home feeling 100% better! And to get to also be with these Young Women made it extra special. I am so lucky to get to work with them, they are such great examples to me. Grandma Turner was a wonderful woman with a strong testimony of the gospel. She loved her family and she loved the Lord. She was a great example to everyone around her. She will be missed greatly.
