It is with great sadness that we report that Blanco, the beloved dog of Sagrada Familia was struck and killed instantly by a truck on Maundy Thursday in the morning just a half block from San Lucas Church. Martha saw it happen from the roof of the Casa Hogar. Shown here with Katiuska, he was much loved by all the teens.

First, we had a great visit with granddaughter Sadie . Then, we had an icy trip part-way to Santa Fe (we made it to Amarillo for two fun-filled days during an ice storm.) Ron and Vicki's Ministry. Monday, June 26, 2006. Sunday was a pretty full day for us. Ron preached at both the 8:30 and 10:30 services. Vicki sang with the choir at 10:30. After church we took Hazel, an English volunteer, to lunch. Then Ron did the 6:30 pm service for Padre Juan Carlos at San Bernabé. Ron and Vicki's Ministry. Monday, July 31, 2006. When you are approaching the cut-off from the main highway, you pass through some pretty dry terrain. (Well, actually, MOST of the terrain is dry! As you continue on, though, you pass by seeps in the mountain side from snows higher up. In winter these freeze up each night as you can see.
