Sunday, June 22, 2014. We have some pretty awesome biking really close. Tacoma just opened a new Mnt. Bike park called Swan Creek. It is located about 20 minutes away from our house. We also have Dash Point State Park that has some great trails and the trail head entrance just a few houses away! Saturday, April 17, 2010. NEW SMITH Z BEND POLES! So smith stopped making ski poles back in high school (2001) since then anyone who has them treats them like gold. I had a pair of yellow Z bends I loved but broke one, then I bought a grey pair. and broke one of those. For the past few years I have been rocking one yellow smith pole and one grey smith pole. Monday, June 16, 2014. Tiger Summit Mnt Bike Ride, Sunrise Lookout. We rode Sunrise up by Greenwater last weekend, no video but a good view of Mnt. Rainier and a good crew of Mike, Sean, Todd and myself. Almost 3500 feet of elevation drop to bottom, ran into way more snow than we had planned on and some people up hiking and skiing, never a good sign when on a bike. Pic of Rainier from Suntop trail. The recent replacement of the Armada (and the additional extra feet in vehicle length) brought a consequence of losing that area as you can see below:. Now that Mnt.
