Preheat oven to 400*. Spray 13x9 baking dish with cooking spray. Spread mixture evenly into baking dish and top with remaining cheese.

Thursday, October 27, 2011. 2 pounds of large shrimp or scampi. 1 cup of ketchup. 3 cloves of garlic, minced. 189; cup of onion, chopped. 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce. 2 tablespoons brown sugar. 1 teaspoon of chili powder. Salt and pepper to taste. In a bowl, mix together the rest of the ingredients before pouring these over the shrimp. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap. You can either place this in the refrigerator. Or in an ice box to marinate for at least 30 minutes. The grill or preheat the oven.

Wednesday, November 28, 2012. 40 Minute Hamburger Buns. Plus 2 tablespoons warm water (110° to 115°). 3 to 3-1/2 cups. In a large bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water. Add oil and sugar; let stand for 5 minutes. Add the egg, salt and enough flour to form a soft dough. Turn onto a floured surface; knead until smooth and elastic, about 3-5 minutes. Do not let rise. Divide into 12 pieces; shape each into a ball. Place 3 in. apart on greased baking sheets. 1 serving (1 each) equals 195. 1 tablespoon white sugar.

Wednesday, August 15, 2012. 1/2 c brown sugar. 1/2 c peanut butter. 1 3/4 c. flour. 1 tsp baking soda. Hersheys Kisses, 1 for each cookie. Pre-Heat oven to 375°F.Cream together butter, both sugars and peanut butter. Add 1 egg and vanilla. Add flour, baking soda and salt. Form in walnut size balls. Wednesday, July 27, 2011. 2- 15 oz cans black-eyed peas, drained. 1- 15 oz can whole kernel corn, drained. 1- 10 oz can Ro-Tel tomatoes. 2 c chopped red bell pepper. 1/2 c chopped fresh jalapeno peppers. 1/2 c chopped onions. 1- 8oz bottle Italian Salad Dressing. 1- 4 oz jar chopped pimentos, drained. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, stir gently to combine, and refrigerate overnight. Serve with corn or tortilla chips. This recipe will keep in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. 1 Can Refried Beans.
