Learned a way to annoy Kiki's "wonderful" husband. Had a complete face/palm moment. And now the face palm moment. It was a program which provided funding for military spouses to get a higher education and be. I know scary concept right? And here is the kicker it USED to be available for undergraduate degrees, and I am pretty sure for masters level as well but IDK since I was using it for my bachelors.not any more. now they will ONLY pay towards a fucking ASSOCIATES!
