Wednesday, May 5, 2010. May1st 5k and an Update. We are back online! Whew It was a long break and I have a lot of catching up to do. But the move was successful. The boys are having a great time here, and so are mike and I to tell the truth. The weather could be a little better.am I right? But we are having lots of fun! Porter and "ena" before the race. We used this pic on our mother's day card this year. It's nothing professional, but at least I got a mother's day card out, right? Porter is a riot!

Wednesday, November 10, 2010. Andrew is such a nerd! He has been having a rough go the last month. He's being a big fat grouch. So when he is happy and playing like a normal one year old I love it so much! He and this tupperware cabinet have become very close. Posted by Jenn Cranney. Bumpy had to be induced on Friday (nov. 5th) because of low water. Her back was hurtin' so Manda gave her one of her famous massages. (lucky). Bumpy is such a cute mommy! Born Nov. 6th at 12:16pm. Weight 5 lbs 11 oz.

Sunday, January 9, 2011. Mike is now the Young Men's Secretary for our ward. So when he got his first meeting in Nauvoo, the boys and I hitched a ride. Mike and I were married in Nauvoo and NEVER dreamed we'd be in it's stake. After the two hour ride and One $108 speeding ticket (mike's not that perfect after all), the boys and I dropped the clan off for their meeting and set sail for tourism. Cemetery overlooks Missouri River. Cranney Fam. stayed at this lovely home for our wedding. Happy Fifth P Diddy.

Sunday, October 31, 2010. Andrew was a turtle in a half shell. Eliza is always in her own world. We watched her walk away from her parents and find other things to entertain her.she was moving so much it was hard to get a perfect shot, cause here she looks like she is clapping her way to dream land. Andrew is curious and friendly. He talks and waves to EVERYONE! Sometimes it gets awkward cause he really doesn't care who it is.but it just reminds us to love everyone. We were booked solid on the 30th!

Tuesday, November 22, 2011. During the holidays we make sugar cookies. Porter is getting pretty great at rolling out and shaping. We made pilgrims, an indian, hand turkeys and Christmas cut outs. Tuesday, April 9, 2013. Please pause for a moment and think about what just happened. My friend just volunteered to stand guard while I went to the bathroom in the woods in Central Park. I didn't do it. I have standards, people. We asked a volunteer where the next toilet was and she reminded me that the boathouse was just down at the bottom of the hill. Fast-forward about 15 minutes and I was running the last mile of the race and this was the look on my face as I was about to cross the finish line.

Friday, January 3, 2014. Oh, 2013. I am glad you are over. I feel bad whenever I say that 2013 kinda sucked. There were so many things to be grateful for - so many major blessings received. Wonderful friends! I live in New York! My family is awesome! Many of my friends have gotten married to great people! But the heaviness remains. 2013 was hard on me. The Year of the Flood. 2014 is going to be my year - I know it. If 2013 was any indicator, I should buy stock in McDonalds. Here's to an even better 2014.

Tuesday, November 12, 2013. I hear lots of talk these days about how the word "busy" is a cop out. If spending time with friends, exercising, working, commuting, and eating equal "busy", then that is what is going on with me. Here are a few pictures from life as of late. Apple picking in Upstate. Amber made a carmel apple cake for one of our Sunday night dinners and I haven't stopped thinking about it, since. Our potluck dinner crew. My fellow foodies are some good peeps. Wednesday, March 12, 2014. Allison, LeOra, me circa 1987. In my last post, I talked about LeOra and I'm finally feeling like it has been long enough that I am able to write about an experience I had without getting too emotional. Of course. LeOra! After our family prayer before the funeral services, we walked in all holding hands as a family to the song LeOra always wanted sung at her funeral. She did it just the way she wanted.
