Tuesday, May 18, 2010. So today I went to the doctor because my IUD has been acting up and it hurts so bad having it in. Unfortunately I won't know much more til freaking June 6. I hate tricare at times. I even took my doctors advice and went to the E.R. to fast track tricare and get it check. Do they check it? I guess I'm going to get off here and get some sleep. Tuesday, January 10, 2012. Journey to the new me. So my mind is set on being 50 pounds lighter. I'm going to try not to get discourage by checking the scale every morning. Last time I did this I would get bummed if the scale wasn't down a pound. Which would make me want to lay around and veg out. This time I'm going to only weigh myself once a week. Starting this Friday morning I will start my weekly weigh in. I will also chart and share my progress. Why Friday? Also, do you guys love your house?
