Feb 20, 2013. Complete as many rounds as possible in 45 minutes of:. 8 Pull-ups (jump up, slow down or reverse pull-ups). Did a 20 mile bike ride so I decided just to do 3 rounds of 8 reverse pull ups and 3 rounds of 8 jumping pull ups.
